"Do you sell insurance for these?" It's a question we get pretty often. You just spent hundreds of dollars on new eyewear, so it's understandable that you would want to purchase some kind of protection for them... just in case they get lost, break, scratch, twist or pop!
Spex now offers a complete eyewear protection plan called SAFE SPEX. For the same price you would normally pay for scratch protection, SAFE SPEX will guarantee the following:
- If you scratch your lenses, you only pay $15 to replace the lenses. This benefit can be used for multiple occurrences within one year of the original purchase date for only $15. Lenses will be remade in the original prescription only.*
- Lost or destroyed eyewear will be replaced at 50% off current retail price. This is limited to one occurrence per year.
- Total eyewear replacement will be provided with the originally purchased style and prescription. This is limited to one occurrence per year.
- In certain cases where manufacturer warranty is declined, we will replace the frame for only $15.* This can be used for multiple occurrences within one year of the original purchase date.

* When all else fails: in cases of absolute abuse, your lost or destroyed eyewear will be replaced at 50% off retail.
